Water*
- ¾” Meter = $10 flat fee/unit
- 1” Meter = $20 flat fee/unit
- $11.83 per thousand gallons
Sewer
- $84.60 minimum (first 9,000 gallons)/unit
- $9.40 per each additional thousand gallons
Stormwater Pollutant Impact Fee (SPIF)
- $0.75 per 100 square feet of impervious area
*Water for the Borough of Greencastle is supplied by the Greencastle Area, Franklin County, Water Authority (GAFCWA). The GAFCWA is required to file annual reports with the Borough. All reports related to water quality are available online.
