Moss Spring Community Survey - Proposed Buchanan Flats Development
In late December 2022, the Borough of Greencastle distributed a survey to the current residents of the Moss Spring community. The survey requested the resident's input regarding potential traffic calming measures in the Moss Spring community related to the proposed Buchanan Flats development. The survey and calculated results are provided below for community awareness.
January Workshop Meeting Cancelled
There will be no Council Workshop meeting in January. The next Borough Council meeting with be on Monday, February 6, 2023 starting at 7pm.

Christmas Tree Collection & Recycling
Boy Scout Troop 99 will be picking up Christmas trees for Greencastle Borough residents on Saturday, January 14th. Please place your tree on the curb by 9 AM for collection. For recycling prior to January 14th, Christmas trees can also be taken to the Tayamentasachta Environmental Center community leaf composting site located at 500 Leitersburg St, Greencastle, PA.
