Burn Ban Lifted for the Borough of Greencastle
Please note that the burn ban recently placed into effect has now been lifted. Residents may resume permitted burning activities. The Borough asks that residents remain vigilant and follow safety procedures to prevent accidental fires.
Residents with questions regarding open burning, please review Chapter 95 of the Code of the Borough as accessible through the following link https://ecode360.com/11169751 prior to commencing any burning activities.
December Borough Council Meeting
The Borough Council will hold a public meeting on Monday, December 2, 2024, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in Borough Hall. Doors will open at 6:45 p.m.

2024 Leaf Collection Program to End
The 2024 Leaf Collection Program will end on Friday, December 6th. With over 130,000 lbs of leaves collected in the past two months within the Borough of Greencastle, please join us in thanking our dedicated Public Works staff for providing another year of this excellent program to all Borough residents.
