This brief, informal ceremony will include remarks from Borough officials and a special acknowledgment of the Shockey family’s contribution, which is helping to bring this community plaza vision to life. August Authority Meetings Notice
The Greencastle Area, Franklin County Water & Sewer Authorities will hold public meetings on Monday, August 18, 2025, beginning at 5:25 p.m. in Borough Hall. Doors will open for the meeting at 5:15 p.m.

No Parking – S. Carlisle Street
PennDOT will be completing stormwater maintenance on S. Carlisle Street just north of the Route 11 intersection. To allow their crews full access to complete this work, no parking is currently posted along the impacted area.
We appreciate your understanding while this maintenance work is being completed.
