This week, the Borough will be upgrading the parking meters in Center Square. The new meters will continue to accept coins just like before, but they will also offer an optional QR code for convenient mobile payments.

Residents and visitors can choose whichever payment method works best for them.

The Borough is executing a traffic signal improvements project at all three of our signalized intersections:
- E. Baltimore Street & Washington Street
- Rt. 11 & Rt. 16
- Rt. 11 & Walter Avenue

Construction crews will be on site over the next few weeks. This project is funded by a PennDOT Green Light Go grant and is expected to be completed by the end of March.

Please use caution around these intersections and be patient with any delays. Thank you for helping us keep traffic moving safely!

The Greencastle Area, Franklin County, Water Authority meeting planned for Monday, February 16, 2026, has been cancelled. The next Water Authority meeting will be Monday, March 16, 2026 at 5:30pm.
